A More Organized Way to Get Work

WHY WORK WITH US

Most platforms charge contractors for leads—whether the job happens or not.

We’ve built a different system.

At Dwelling Network Construction, vendors are connected to real work opportunities backed by a structured process. Work is approved only when funding is confirmed, helping reduce the risk of completing jobs that don’t get paid.

We focus on:

  • Clear job expectations
  • Required documentation from start to finish
  • Performance-based repeat opportunities
  • A structured payment process

If you do the work tight and follow the process, there is opportunity here.

Our Standards Matter

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

All vendors are expected to meet our standards for professionalism, timeliness, craftsmanship, and cleanliness.

Vendors are expected to respect the company, client, property, and jobsite; arrive on time and prepared; complete work with care and quality; and leave the jobsite clean and safe.

After each completed project, vendors complete a self-assessment, and company/customer feedback is also considered. Final ratings are kept on file and used when determining future work opportunities.

Higher ratings can lead to more repeat work.
